One of our favorite actresses turned aesthetes and home flippers is at it again: Ellen Pompeo just listed the 1920s Spanish Villa in the historic Whitley Heights section of the Hollywood Hills that she picked up for $1.295 million back in 2005— at the very beginning of her now-iconic run as titular character Dr. Meredith Grey on Grey's Anatomy — and for which she is now asking $2.795 million.

One of the highest paid actresses in television, Pompeo is now raking in over $20 million per year (after a badass negotiating move with her studio and network executives, as she relayed in detail to Real Simple recently). She's also always gushed (to Architectural Digest and other media) about how her favorite hobbies are interior design and decorating, and we are still so here for it.

The "conscientiously renovated" two-bedroom, two-bathroom, approximately 2,500 square foot villa at 6735 Wedgwood Place sits on a "majestically elevated" double lot and features all the sculptured gardens and period charm of the silver screen era — complete with "expansive views of the city and hills, gorgeous period details with balustrade, columns, arches, verandas, balconies, a large flat lawn with sun-drenched saltwater pool, all restored and updated with great taste, finishes and attention to original elements," according to the listing with Hilton & Hyland.

The restored and updated living space includes an entry, a two-story living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a walk-in pantry, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, says the LA Times. Pavers and wood floors run throughout, and a veranda expands the living space outdoors to the heated salt-water swimming pool surrounded by fruit and olive trees completing the terraced grounds.

Over the last year, Pompeo and music producer husband Chris Ivery have sought to considerably lighten their real estate load, including two that we've recently featured: another Hollywood Hills home with mid-century bones; and a barn conversion in the Hamptons enclave of Sag Harbor.
