Looks like Emily Blunt and John Krasinski will have to find a new "quiet place". The celeb couple just sold their recently renovated Park Slope townhouse for $6.5 million.
Listed back in September 2017 with Corcoran for $8 million, the pair decided to offload the place after they realized they spend too much time traveling.
"We've been nomads for a while now, but that's the nature of the business," Krasinski told WSJ at the time. "The house is so special—someone who can spend every night there should have it." The couple have two young children—Hazel and Violet, ages 4 and 1—who can still be on set with them.
The 5,200 square foot home has seven bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across its four floors. It was originally built in 1909, and was renovated by the couple after they purchased it in October 2016.
According to tax records, the new owners are listed as SYKIM, LLC, which has not been linked to any famous faces as of this writing. The home sold for $6,562,500, almost $1.5 million under asking.
The couple have garnered lots of recent praise by critics and audiences alike for their original horror film, A Quiet Place, which recently got greenlit for a sequel.
