Every year readers ask us for alternatives to the not-so-earth-friendly, orange, plastic pumpkin trick-or-treat container and this year we have an answer that is not just better for the earth, but supports an important cause - nutritional programs for children in the developing world. FEED, Unicef and HSN have partnered to create the FEED Trick-or Treat Bag; read on for details&hellip

The FEED Trick-or-Treat Bag is made from cotton burlap and includes reflective webbing for extra safety at night. Use it beyond Halloween as a tote or reusable shopping bag. The bags will be sold through HSN through October 31st and each purchase enables the U.S. Fund for UNICEF to provide a year's worth of micronutrient powder to a child in the developing world.

FEED Trick-or-Treat Bag, $13.20
