Staples for your kitchen. Fishs Eddy has been around awhile, and it is certainly no secret that they are one of the best places to go for everyday dishes, flatware and glasses. They specialize in retro, vintage hotelware in old and new designs, with American made, double-fired, commercial grade sturdyware being their hallmark. While we don’t particluarly like the designy stuff by Nicole Miller and Cynthia Rowley, it is popular. We prefer the plain white dishes and the simple glasses (favorite: Wavy sided diner juice glass).
Prices are good but not cheap, as their heaping displays seem to indicate. Their Everyday Whiteware will run you $6.95 per plate and $6.95 per cereal bowl. Glasses start at @ $1.50 and go up from there. Go to the store, as the website doesn’t show everything. MGR
