We’ve all owned furniture that we absolutely hate to move for fear of damaging it. Whether you’ve addressed this issue by using furniture sliders, or nervously standing watch over professional movers praying they don’t accidentally destroy your precious belongings, everyone who’s ever relocated knows this struggle. Fortunately, the Fink side table is an option that quickly assembles and disassembles, allowing it to withstand moving time and time again.

Created by Brooklyn-based artist and designer Hannah Fink, the Fink side table ships completely flat and doesn’t require hardware to assemble. Instead, a set of slotted steel panels comprises the entire design, which means it can be repeatedly taken apart, moved, and put back together without damage.

The table, which is currently funding on Kickstarter, is designed and manufactured in the US. It is covered in a powder-coated finish, making it durable and keeping the surface stain and scratch-free. It also prevents rusting, which allows the table to be used both indoors and outdoors. The materials are completely recyclable, which is in line with Fink’s commitment to responsibly produce cost-effective items that stand the test of time.

And about this easy assembly process. There’s no need to struggle with cumbersome instructions, and as the campaign description points out, you won’t have to worry about a piece of furniture disassembling your romantic relationship.

The Kickstarter campaign is running until August 23, and rewards for the table start at $180, though you can get a mini version for $50. If it’s fully funded, the product is expected to ship in January 2020.
