FLKS Instant Office & Workspace
FLKS — pronounced "flex" — is the design of Dutch firm Kapteinbolt. Using hinged double panels of plywood, the designers created the basic framework of a work space with a desk, chair and additional privacy.
Kapteinbolt has an entire series of transforming, flatpack furniture based on bi-folding plywood that is cut to create:
• a working unit
• a sitting and sleeping unit
• a cooking unit
• a storage unit
