Now that we're in the thick of autumn, with its shorter days and cooler weather, we've started to find ourselves increasingly drawn towards things that offer a cozy glow to our evenings - candle lit dinners, wood burning stoves, jack-o-lanterns, and recently this dreamy cardboard installation we stumbled upon.
With the assistance of her kids, Anna from Lilla-A Design cobbled together this floating city with cardboard boxes fastened with Makedo connector clips. After cutting some windows and applying a thin layer of white paint, she put a string of lights inside and mounted it in on the wall, providing some luminescence to an otherwise dark corner of her living room.
Our first thought was neato!. And our second thought was what a cool idea for a kid's room.
