Kids born in 2020 may never appreciate Friends the way you do, but you can still find a way to impose your tastes onto your children teach your children about the important milestones of pop culture history. One cute way to start indoctrinating your baby early: a Friends-themed blanket for monthly baby photos.

In the center of the blanket is that classic yellow frame that lived over the peephole on Rachel and Monica’s front door. On top is the Chandler-style question, “Could I be any cuter?” (We haven’t seen your kid, but we’re sure that no, they could not.)

Below that, in Friends episode-title format, are the words, “The one where [insert your kid’s name here] turns,” and at the bottom of the frame, “months.” As your kid grows from month to month during their first year, you can highlight the appropriate number, whether with a real-life ring toy or with markup on your Instagram post.

The blanket, sold by BATZkids, comes in three sizes, ranging from 40” x 30” ($44) to 80” x 60” ($80). It’s made of machine washable and dryable microfiber fleece. BATZkids sells all kinds of milestone blankets, from the simple original version to a unicorn version.

Once you finish the year, your child is ready to graduate to other Friends toys. At the rate nostalgic products are being created, maybe toddler-friendly Friends-themed toys are on the way. Maybe a tiny turkey mask? A Central Perk coffee set for the play kitchen? Never underestimate the power of nostalgia.
