How much would one have to pay in rent to live in Kaavia James’ playhouse? Asking for a friend. Gabrielle Union posted a video to her Instagram on May 22, and although it wasn’t the star of the show, her daughter Kaavia’s playhouse somehow made its way onto “tiny house goals” Pinterest boards nationwide.

The video was reuploaded to Instagram from Union’s TikTok account. It’s her and husband Dwyane Wade’s rendition of the “which parent does our child like best” TikTok trend. It’s hilarious, and Kaavia is the cutest ever, as always. But…her playhouse…it’s just simply not something that can be ignored.

The playhouse is a two-story stunner that features the standard playhouse fare including a slide, ladder, and attached swing set. But the white shiplap siding, black trimmed windows, and a fully-shingled roof kick it up several notches. It’s safe to assume that Kaavia’s tiny house — er, playhouse — was custom built for her. But there are a few lookalike options floating around the internet that are ready-to-buy.

For example, this farmhouse-style playhouse from Etsy seller 2MamaBees is similarly two stories and features the black and white palette. But, it’s not as large as Kaavia’s and can more easily fit into an average-sized backyard.

If you’re willing to get a bit crafty, you could grab this two-story playhouse from Home Depot and maybe a few flower boxes to paint it/customize it yourself. This playhouse comes with a play kitchen, toy boxes, and a cushioned cot, so, like Kaavia’s, it has that tiny house feel.

Kaavia, if you ever decide that you’re too grown up to hang out in that playhouse…you know who to call.
