While most of us probably don't have the luxury of affording an $800 iPod dock, GenevaSound seems willing enough to create one for the casual design enthusiast looking for a taste of their products without burning a chasm in their wallets. Just announced, their new GenevaSound System Model S (for small) shall amaze you in its compactness, while powerful enough to deliver your favorite seasonal tunes at your upcoming holiday party.

GenevaSound S places claim to be one of the smallest hifi speakers ever released. Just under 6-inches, it's big enough to deliver full high-fidelity sound without an overwhelming footprint. We imagine it'd pair nicely with the bedroom, kitchen, or home office.

Like the Tivoli Audio One ($149), it comes integrated with a digital radio and alarm clock. It also features TouchLight controls, which lights up the system upon touch, giving it more "Oooohhhh"-factor for your money. Not to mention the nifty motorized PowerDock, which spins up to close when the iPod is removed from the system.

Available in gloss White, Black or Red finish with an optional table stand (included), the system retails for $299 and is available now online and in select stores nationwide.
