Keep it Together Collecting Trays

Whether you need to serve drinks or corral your crafts, a snazzy tray can get the job done in style- and make your "stuff" look more intentional.

  • I bought my first trays- the large round white, blue, and orange ones- from Rare Device so I could occasionally eat in bed without disaster ensuing. They worked so well and looked so good that I started keeping an eye out for others.
  • Someday I'll host fabulously casual cocktail parties featuring a darling little tray for each guest, just the right size to hold a drink and a snack. Someday! Until then, a post-work cocktail feels a bit more posh. (Italian faux-wicker trays found at Community Thrift for 50ยข each)
  • Large trays are perfect for keeping craft projects-in-progress under control. You can put a project aside when it's time to go to work or sleep and pick it up again when you're ready- without your home becoming littered with papers and pompoms.
  • Little vignettes can feel a bit more intentional when grouped together on a pretty vintage tray. I've found some great ones on Etsy- like this one or this one or oh my gosh these by searching for "tray japan" in the vintage section.
