Black and white offices always catch our eyes due to their simplicity and ease. Most tech comes in three neutral color options: black, white or silver. All three are pretty easy to design around, as illustrated by this black and white setup above...

James Schmitz has quite a bit of tech on his desk, but the way each item is positioned and his careful selection of those items makes the desk appear pretty bare. He placed his small Logitech speakers on the far corners of desk to help with sound quality and to make room for the other items on his desk. The speakers take up such little space that you barely even notice them. Another item that's hard to notice if you're not looking for it, the Seagate FreeAgent Desk External Harddrive that's tucked right next to the monitor.

To keep cords at a minimum, James uses the wireless keyboard and mouse from Apple. Each of these is super popular and can be seen in most home offices and it's for a good reason. The wireless ability is super convenient and it's such a great feeling to be cord free.
