While browsing the new products online at Ikea, we stumbled onto Gisela textiles. They're designed by S. Edholm and L. Ullenius and feature very bold and abstract shapes and patterns. At $6.99 per 59"W yard, we think these fabrics are a steal.
They're not available for purchase online, so you'll have to go to a store and check them out in person. But, we'd want to do this anyway before featuring the fabrics in any projects: while the patterns have appeal online, they'd have to pass an in-person inspection for quality, too. Does anyone have any experience with Ikea fabrics?
