Today is Giving Tuesday, the charitable equivalent of the holiday shopping season. There are many worthy non profits and organizations that would love your dollars (in many cases, donations are doubled or tripled, and are tax deductible), but if you also want to give back while doing a little retail therapy, we certainly can’t blame you. Here is some stylish home decor that does good for great causes.

Madewell’s Giving Tuesday event lets you choose one of three causes to receive a donation in the amount of 20% of your total purchase. Enter code HABITAT for Habitat for Humanity, SURFRIDER for the Surfrider Foundation, or GIRLSINC for Girls Inc at checkout. If you’re looking for suggestions, we love this cactus adorned candle ($26), a chambray eye mask ($14.50), and this rose gold pineapple tumbler ($35). Learn more about each of the organizations over on Madewell.

Urban Outfitters has an embroidered pillow with a welcoming message that gives back to an equally welcoming cause. $20 of the $39 pillow goes to Housing Works, an NYC-based non-profit dedicated to ending both homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, the provision of lifesaving services and entrepreneurial businesses that sustain their efforts.

If you happen to be near an Amazon Books location, the retailer is offering customers the ability to purchase a new book to be donated to a local literary charity supporting children in need, from now through December 24.

High Fashion Home created a collection of items in partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 40 percent of the purchase price from the vases (set of two, $29), pillows, art, and apparel from the Love + Hope for St. Jude collection go to the hospital.

Be sure to check out a bunch of campaigns (including events that are happening near you!) and learn more about the day on the Giving Tuesday website.
