"What is beautiful to me might not be beautiful to someone else," Gloria Vanderbuilt says in a video tour, published on The Cut on Friday. In it, Wendy Goodman gives us a look into the artist and heiress' home and studio.

Vanderbilt is sitting in a coral and white room with a mirrored wall and a lovely view of the Upper East Side out of the window. "I certainly have a lot of fantasy and imagination," says the nonagenarian. The camera cuts to a rug with tulips sprouting out of a man's head, cracked like an egg, which is in a sitting room with floral sofas, an elaborately painted mantel, and arched window casings in a shade of fuchsia. The entryway is lacquered in the same shade, with black trim.

Despite it being what she describes as "ghastly," Vanderbilt looks at Instagram on the regular (she joined last year and now has over 173,000 followers). It's also a place where she shares her art (though son Anderson Cooper does the actual posting for her), and the comments she gets are mostly "wildly flattering and enthusiastic."
