So I'm hoping the AT community can recommend resources for the two kinds of help she needs, and RIGHT AWAY:
1, a service that provides HAZMAT clean-up (she is worried about the possibilities of sewage or fast-growing mold), and
2., a licensed contractor who can pour a new cement floor.
Does anyone out there have resources to recommend?
