Good Questions: Attractive Hamper Suggestions?

Good Questions: Attractive Hamper Suggestions?

Hey AT,

We are lucky enough to have a washer/dryer in our home. The problem we have, however, is that because the only place we can keep it is in the kitchen, we are left with a hideously unattractive area.

What could really make the difference is an excellent hamper. Do you have any suggestions? I absolutlely loathe wicker and anything wicker-ish.

Thanks and hope you can help, Brooke

Dear Brooke, Embarrassingly, we have never bought a hamper in our entire life, favoring hanging cotton bags and (now) built in situations, but we've seen some we like. We would go with stainless steel in a kitchen setting like this. This is where we would look:

The Usualy Suspects:
Container Store
this is a nice
Bed Bath & Beyond
Slatwood is a new take on wicker
Mxyplyzyk: Mix-ee-pliz-ick
STacks and Stacks has mod metal ones...
This one from VIPP is real nice, but pricey at $339.
