Good Questions: A Chair Like Angelina's?

I have been searching for a chair like this one shown with Angelina Jolie above and would love to find some websites and locations where I can find unique, 1 piece furniture...aside from ebay and craigslist (haha). Any sourcing help would be wonderful...

Got a good question you'd like answered? Send your queries and a photo or two illustrating your question, and we'll see if the ATLA team or our readers can help you out.

The most fortunate seat above reminds us a lot of Studio JSPR's Plastic-Fantastic series of rubber coated antique furnishings (definitely not in the affordable range). A similar effect could be achieved by lacquering a chair in black (because of it's ornate nature, perhaps best done by a professional refinisher) or having it painted by an automotive paint specialist if a high gloss finish is desired (just remember to remove the upholstery!).

Anyone have any good recommendations for sources for seating in this style? Here in LA, we know quite a few "European" style furniture stores in Koreatown that specialize in faux antique chairs like this, but don't remember any of the stores' names. We're sure the Rose Bowl Flea Market and Fairfax Flea Market occasionally offer seating of similar style also.
