Good Questions: Combining Smaller Rugs?

I like Angela Adams red Kenga wool rug, but I don’t love the price tag that comes with it. Compared to many other rugs it’s reasonable, but it doesn’t fit my budget. The 2×3 red Kenga cotton rug is in my price range, but I really need something 4×6 or 5×8. I was thinking of combining 4 of her kenga cotton rugs together, flor style. Do you think this would work or look strange? I’m worried that the corners may be slightly curved and not fit together properly.

We’d like to point you in the direct of this post from January: How To: Create a Quick, Cheap Rug. This was a successful attempt to combine smaller rugs into a larger one, but Angela Adams rugs are much, much thicker.
