One of the best parts of staying in a luxury hotel is enjoying luxury amenities. From decadent spa treatments to towel animals to chocolates on your pillow, we’ll take it all. But we’ve never seen anything quite like this ocean hammock that literally lets you relax, unwind, and nap on top of the water.

Grand Park Kodhipparu in the Maldives is a popular vacation spot on Instagram thanks to its stunning ocean, lagoon, and pool views. The resort is located on a remote island about a 20-minute boat ride from Malé, the capital of the Maldives. It’s home to 120 villas that are designed to bring you closer to the tranquility of nature. The villas have a host of luxurious features and amenities, but we can’t keep our eyes off the built-in hammocks.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee, laying down for an afternoon nap, stretching out with a good book, or curling up to watch the sunset in a hammock above the ocean. You could even sleep on the water the entire night if you wanted.

There are a few different villas to choose from depending on what type of vacation experience you’re looking for. You can enjoy ocean views in an ocean water villa, take a swim around the island in a lagoon water villa, or get the best of both worlds with a private swimming pool in an ocean pool water villa.

Other features of the villas include a sun terrace, sun loungers, indoor and outdoor showers, see-through glass floors, and direct access to the reef and the ocean. Rooms start at just over $400 a night. It’s pricey, but the amenities can’t be beaten. This is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of hotel room.

Grand Park Kodhipparu is a popular spot for bloggers and influencers, but don’t let that stop you from planning a trip. The villas are private, so you won’t be disturbed by other people taking selfies. It’ll be just you, your cold beverage, and your ocean hammock.
