We're interested in greening as much of what we do in our home as possible. It was only a matter of time before the discussion turned to makeup. Here's the question: Have you switched to natural/organic makeup even though it sometimes costs twice as much as the alternative?

We're also discussing living with allergies and pets, how to choose the right green product, and antibacterial hand soap -- pros vs. cons. All the links after the jump.

Don't be fooled -- antibacterial soap may do more harm than good. Think about going triclosan-free.

Tired of trying to pick between a "natural" shampoo and a "biodegradable" one? Let the GoodGuide do some of the work for you.
