Handmade Nintendo DS Cases go Retro

Handmade Nintendo DS Cases go Retro

You know how some people are Apple freaks? And how they'll buy anything with that half-bitten fruit stamped on it? (Kinda like this guy with his Apple cake!) We're beginning to think that there are also a breed of Nintendo-heads because of all the retro-flair goodies themed after Nintendo gadgets. NES Controller Coffee Table? Check. Mushroom Kingdom Wall Decals? Right here. Duck Hunt lamp? Sure. Now, Nintendo people, for your DS, DS Lite or the yet-to-be-released DSi you've saving for, are these handmade cases that resemble an old school Game Boy and an NES Controller. Are you in love?

Seller Janis13 on Etsy makes these pouches out of layered felt with a secure zippered closure to make sure your handheld stays nice and cozy. Pick one up for $13.

We think that they're really well made and we're trying to think of what else we might keep in a pouch like this, since we don't have a DS or DS Lite. Do you think it's too big for a point-and-shoot digital camera?
