Launching Tomorrow: New Heath House Number Tiles

Tomorrow is the day we've all been waiting for! I've been waiting for it, and I'm not even planning on buying one! Sometimes it's just nice to know an amazing product exists in the world, that it's there, waiting, if you ever need it. But if you already have the means and the inclination to purchase Heath's house number tiles, tomorrow's the day!

Now, here's the big question: would any of you buy something like these tiles for a home you rent? Or are they strictly a "I'm going to live here forever" type of purchase? The beautifully-made Heath tiles are $38/each, so a lot depends on how many digits are in your address/apartment number. For single-digit dwellers, $38 is still a lot of money, but just think if you needed 5 of them! $190! I'm lucky to be on the fewer-numbers side, but still... If I'd bought one when I moved in nearly five years ago, it would have been totally worth it. $8/year? Yup, worth it, to be greeted by that kind of style every evening.

A quick perusal of Etsy yielded a few other great modern house number options: a steel plaque from austinoutdoor, rusted numbers from Yonei, and a plexiglass & stainless steel plaque from modplexi. Fun! Now I just need a house...
