Q: I am in need of suggestions for a healthy (& fairly easy) Valentine's Day snack for my daughters' 1st and 2nd grade classroom. Our snack day is the same day as the Valentine's Day party so I want it to be something yummy, healthy and even a little on the light side. Thanks!
