We're looking for a new face on our team page - AT:Chicago is getting ready to grow and we are hoping to add a fantastic new blogger from a NEW CITY. That's right, our current team has got Chicago covered, so we want to add posts from one of the other cites that fall under the general AT "midwest" umbrella. We want to go where the design scene is heating up, the shops are interesting, homes are inspiring and, naturally, where a great blogger is!

Apartment Therapy is looking for a freelance interior design blogger in the general AT Midwest area, as defined by the green area on the map shown here.

Responsibilities include daily posting that fully communicates the design scene of their city with house tours, shop reviews, product reviews, interviews and random design notes.

This is a part-time job (3-4 posts a day) and it's great (but not required) if your other gigs plug you in to the design scene in some way.

You need:
• a good eye for design
• strong blog-style writing skills
• a really good computer
• a totally reliable high speed connection
• a digital camera and excellent photography skills
• Photoshop
• knowledge of how to use all these things

Deadline: Monday, May 12th.

• Your name
• Where you live
• Why your city should be covered on AT
• How long you have been reading AT
• What you do full time
• 2 sample posts with great pics (good photos are very important!) that would be excellent AT posts from your city - keep it 200 words max. and blog local subjects. Please submit posts written specifically for this and not for another blog. Look to AT:Chicago for the general style and format of posts for submission.

Send to: janel (at) apartmenttherapy (dot) com please put "AT BLOGGER SEARCH" in the subject header.

We will confirm your email, and then review, asking our top choices to try out live on the blog for a final sort.
