Although the final real-life renovations on HGTV’s “Home Town” are beyond impressive, host and designer Erin Napier’s sketches are honestly just as beautiful as the real thing. Now, Napier has compiled her favorite exterior design sketches that made their debut on “Home Town” into an adorable coloring book that both kids and adults will love.

“Helen has a new favorite coloring book and she’s making some real bold color choices,” Napier captioned an August 30 Instagram post showing her daughter testing out the new book. “We took my #HGTVHomeTown house portraits and simplified them so you can get lost in it when you need stress relief or for budding tiny designers!”

Erin’s Sketchbook Coloring Book is available for sale at Laurel Mercantile, Erin and husband Ben Napier’s homewares and “durable goods” shop in Laurel, Mississippi. They’re also available for purchase online at LaurelMercantile.com for $15.99.

“Each home featured in this coloring book got the makeover of a lifetime, and now you get to use your skill and creativity to make them your own with over fifty illustrations of the gorgeous architecture of Laurel, Mississippi,” the listing for the coloring book reads.

Each print is inked on 9”x12” uncoated text paper and labeled with the house name used in the episode of “Home Town” in which the sketch appeared.

The coloring books are currently sold out, but according to the website, more are on the way. “Tiny designers” and adults alike will love to fill in the pages of Erin’s Sketchbook, so keep your eye on both Napier’s and Laurel Mercantile’s social media pages to be notified when the coloring books are back in stock.
