HGTV star Leanne Ford isn’t afraid to put a modern twist on traditional elements of the home, and her new furniture collection filled with neutral colors (lots of white!) and natural materials proves that to be true.

The Pittsburgh interior designer and TV personality has teamed up with Crate & Barrel to bring her dream furniture line to fruition, reflecting her sense of style molded by modern livability and natural influences. “I grew up with every style of home and building around me, all while being able to walk out my door and go play in the woods,” Ford says in an interview with Crate & Barrel.

And this upbringing shows within her new collection; light and dark woodwork, lots of gorgeous caning, and all neutrals that create a consistent aesthetic among the pieces.

It’s all meant to stand the test of time, and can live harmoniously with a variety of other styles. “I wanted these pieces to be around forever. The more they’re lived with, the better they get,” says Ford.

Like the Canyon Canopy Bed, her own modern take on the classic. The barrel-shaped frame adds dimension and originality to the piece while also keeping it as a canvas for others to dress up through draping, bedding, and pillows.

And per usual, Ford didn’t shy away from using white. The collection is filled with light pieces like this accent chair, pedestal side table, and gorgeous slipcovered sofa, which Ford describes “like your favorite T-shirt” since it’s “slouchy and relaxed.” But most of the furniture comes in black, too, if you prefer the dark side.

Here are a few of our favorites, and we’ll let you explore the rest:

Rising Print 23″ Pillow

This pure hemp pillow is inspired by Alexandra Valenti—one of Leanne Ford’s favorite artists—and by the sunrise. The pale fabric contrasts with the neutrals to create a modern color palette, and the leather pull on the metallic zipper adds a textural touch.

Fields Cane Black Charcoal Accent Chair

This chair is another example of Ford taking a traditional piece and turning it on its modern head. The charcoal gray frame made of rattan and oak is a contemporary take on the classic barrel chair, and it also comes in a natural finish.
