A very familiar face is headed to a brand new network. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of MTV’s Jersey Shore fame is hosting her very own HGTV show called “Beach Cabana Royale”. And as a wise woman once pondered while trekking through hot sand in frog slippers, “Where’s the beach?”

“Beach Cabana Royale” takes place not at the Jersey Shore but at Atlantic Beach on New York’s Long Island. Three designers—Karla Graves, Wendell Holland, and Delia Kenza—go up against each other to see which one can design the most stylish, small-space beach cabana for a family on their dream getaway. During each episode, their progress will be monitored by none other than Snooki—the queen of beachside living.

“Here at Atlantic Beach, New York, cabanas are a huge way of life,” Polizzi said in a press release, per People. “Not only do they provide shade from the summer heat, they’re also a place for friends and family to gather, play games, enjoy meals together and even shower off after you get all that sand in your bathing suits.”

Once the designers complete their cabana designs, they’ll be judged by HGTV veterans Egypt Sherrod of “Property Virgins” and Orlando Soria of “Build Me Up” fame. The winning designer will receive the “Golden Oar” trophy and a donation of 100,000 meals in their name to Turn Up! Fight Hunger, an organization on a mission to end child hunger across America.

“Beach Cabana Royale” will premiere on Feb. 2 on the brand-new streaming platform Discovery+ as part of HGTV’s “Beach Escape” programming event — a way to bring travel to your TV during the ongoing pandemic. Thankfully, you’ll be able to live your best running-away-from-JWOWW-and-Deena-on-the-Boardwalk life vicariously through Snooki.
