This Holiday Rage Room Lets You Smash Your Anger Out

The holidays can be as stressful and crazy as they are delightful and cheery, and sometimes you just need to let off a little steam. Even those of us who began organizing in September or loaded up on mindfulness podcasts for the four hour drive to our cousins’ can feel a little rage-y.

Like any good captain of industry, the folks behind Rudolph’s Rage Room saw a need and decided to meet it. What need exactly? The one to dress up in holiday attire and smash the bejesus out of some stuff in a controlled environment.

For one night only, the lucky citizens of London could take all of their holiday rage. They could don red jumpsuits and smash some Christmas trees with baseball bats as holiday carols play. It cost about $24 to deck the halls with balls of rage, but that included a welcome cocktail.

Hopefully, they take the enterprise global next year and we can all get in on some holiday anti-cheer!
