Do you love all things home? We mean really love? Looking for a Halloween costume that’ll shake things up and stand out against the sea of DIY La Croix cans and the cast of Stranger Things? Well, we’ve got some ideas for you…

First off, if your childhood crush on Uncle Jesse has evolved into an all-out infatuation with him and the glorious Alamo Square Park rowhouse he called home in Full House, this one’s for you! Head on over to Oh Happy Day to see the step-by-step instructions for how to make your own Painted Lady that won’t cost you a few cool mil’. Have mercy!

If you’ve been anywhere on Pinterest or Instagram this year, you’ve definitely seen/pinned/double tapped a photo of what feels like the most popular door on the Internet. We wouldn’t blame you if you’ve been lusting after that soft pink wafflesque hinged beauty all of 2017, and Studio DIY‘s genius costume is giving you the chance to share your adoration, complete with lantern earrings and lush aloe (at least you think its aloe…who has time to master in botany when you’ve got an aluminum-foil clad door handle to craft?!?).

(Just for reference, that pink door is an Internet-famous front exterior in Palm Springs; and while there are hundreds of photos of this particular door, this one was found on One Kings Lane’s Instagram, originally shared by Coralie Reiter Jewelry.)

Now, this “arm” chair is technically a work by artist Jamie Eisenstein, however, we think if you’re handy with foam and a glue gun, the possibilities are endless. Should you feel compelled to be a wingback chair this Halloween (and can figure out a discrete way to actually breath and see in this thing…and well, walk), please send some photos our way.

And finally, to serve as inspiration for anyone looking for a bit of a challenge, may we suggest a recreation of Moooi’s nearly $9,000 Horse Floor Lamp? Come on people, a black beauty horse costume + a willing friend (to be the back of the horse, of course) + lamp shade and you’re in business.
