This simple home in the Baja California artist town of Todos Santos, Mexico sits on land with views of the Pacific Ocean. Made predominately of common local materials — concrete and tile — the side of house facing the sea is open to the air promising cooling breezes and lots of light.
Gracia Studio designed two similar homes on the property — one for use by the owners and one for use by vacation renters.
