Most of the time, when we talk about habits, we're focused on trying to break bad ones. But habits aren't all bad. Sometimes, turning something fun or useful into a habit can help you to incorporate that good stuff into your life. Here's an easy way to pick up something new.

Donna Smallin, organizing expert says this:

The easiest way to implement a new habit is to incorporate it RIGHT AFTER you do something you always do. For example, do the dishes as soon as you're done eating, or make the bed right after you get dressed in the morning.

Makes such perfect sense. If you can piggyback a new habit onto something you regularly do, it will seamlessly become part of your routine. Easy peasy!
