Welcome back! This week, I dove into my bedroom closet with Hands in an effort to CLEAN IT OUT after months of Covid time. What a perfect moment to share with you all one of my most lasting concepts: The Outbox. This simple habit is responsible for thousands of clutter-free homes and I give it to you straight in under four minutes.

Also, I took a moment to introduce an idea I got from a colleague, Taryn Williford, who calls this simple hack the Stair Hook. And it’s just that. A hook at the bottom of the stairs to save them from the clutter of leaving things on them that want to go up. It’s smart and simple. Join me, get ready to declutter in January and ENJOY!
