How To: Make an Ice Wreath

We love fun, simple craft projects to do with the kids but hate it when we don't have all the necessary materials. This ice wreath project is one you can always make (so long as the weather is cooperating). Well, it's definitely been cold enough here on the East Coast.

Simply fill a Bundt pan with water and put in some greenery, cranberries, pinecones, acorns, whatever you've got on hand. Stick the whole thing outside or in the freezer and let it freeze. Come morning you'll have a pretty ice wreath to hang outside the window. Check out The Artful Parent for detailed instructions and photos.

We've posted a similar tutorial a few years ago but it's such a great idea it's worth rementioning!
