How to: Make Your Own Stick Deodorant

We don't usually go for these sorts of at-home science experiments, but this one has our attention. Once you've gotten ever last little bit of deodorant out of its container, then what do you do? Why not fill the container with a homemade deodorant? That's right .... homemade deodorant.

Now we've never tried this at home, but the instructions at Little House in the Suburbs totally intrigue us. All you need to make your own stick deodorant are corn starch, baking soda, tea tree oil, and Lou Anna coconut oil.

Then you just sort of shove the mixture back into your old stick deodorant container.

Get all the instructions here.

Have you ever tried making your own deodorant before, or any other type of "beauty" product? How did it turn out?
