Flying, okay traveling in general, is rarely fun. Cramped seats, bumpy rides, and anxious passengers aren’t really a recipe for a “good time.” That’s why the longer the trip, the harder we try to sleep through it—which unfortunately, is never easy.

Luckily, we did our research, and found that there are still plenty of steps you can take to catch some quality ZZZs while you travel. From noise-cancelling headphones to a superior sleep mask, here are seven ways to sleep like a baby the next time you’re stuck on a plane (or train, or in an automobile).

A cult-favorite among jet setters for a reason, this stylish sleep mask is made of super soft cotton and silk and quickly conforms to all head shapes and sizes.

2. Travelrest Ultimate Travel Pillow at Amazon, $27.95

While this oversized inflatable travel pillow may not be the most discreet way to fall asleep on a plane, it’s definitely the most comfortable way to. When inflated, this extra-long pillow tucks above your shoulder and across your body (or down your side) yet rolls up into a hand-sized bundle when not in use.

In the world of noise-blocking headphones, Bose’s QuietComfort headphones reign supreme. Not only are they wireless, they’re equipped with Acoustic Noise Cancelling technology, which continuously measures, compares and reacts to outside noise—and then cancels it out so you won’t be distracted. Not a fan of music while you nap? No worries, a solid set of earplugs should still do the trick.

Top-rated on Amazon for a reason, this ultra lightweight micro-fleece blanket is compact enough to fit in your carry-on and plush enough to put you to sleep in no time.

5. Sweatpants at H&M, $17.99

Nothing helps you stay comfy while you travel quite like a good pair of sweatpants. This softly brushed pair of sweats from H&M comes with side pockets and won’t set you back more than 20 bucks.

6. Caudalie Beauty Elixir at Sephora, $18 (travel size)

Okay, so technically this bestselling beauty elixir won’t put you to sleep on a plane, but it will definitely make you look like you slept through the whole trip. A couple quick sprays of this plant-based mist and your skin will glow as if you just woke up from a blissful night of sleep.
