Q: My husband and I are moving into this amazing apartment with an awesome dining room to boot. I have an idea of painting the walls a dark forest green but the only problem is the moulding. We have an eye-catching rosette on the ceiling and trim on the back wall. Also, we have a huuuuuuge crest on the back wall...
Management has already told us we’re not allowed to paint them (or the trim). We’re also thinking of changing out the wall scones but we know the main lighting will make all the difference in this room. Does anyone have any suggestions on a chandelier or flush mounts that won’t overpower the crest?

Editor: Dearest readers, the easiest way to get your Good Question picked out of the metaphorical mailbag is for it to include some amazing, unique, weird, and/or huuuuuuuuuge feature of your home that you're attempting to accommodate, emphasize, and/or disguise. Taneisha is going to live in an apartment with a crest on the wall, and I want us to help her make the most of it! What do you suggest?
