How To: Turn an Old Pillowcase into an Apron

Wish we would've come across this little tutorial before the holidays! We definitely know more than one person who would've been thrilled to receive a handcrafted pillowcase apron. And it looks so easy!

We came across this little tutorial over at Betz White's blog (which is a total goldmine full of green craft ideas). Essentially, she's taken an old pillowcase and turned it into an adorable apron in 10 minutes.

Now, given our lackluster sewing skills, we're sure it would take us longer than 10 minutes ... but we're also relatively sure we could pull it off. All you need is an old pillowcase—maybe a mismatched one, or one from the thrift store—a ruler, needle, thread, and some ribbon.

Get all the instructions here.
