Ideas for Fixing a Sagging Frame?

Q: We’ve had this print hanging above our fireplace for about a year now. Because we invested in more expensive framing elsewhere around the house, and this one looked fine in the beginning, we chose an easy IKEA frame. Now, it seems that the frame is sagging and we can’t seem to fix it. We’ve tried flipping the frame as well. Any ideas (short of buying a new frame — we’re on a budget) for keeping the bottom of the frame straight and neat?
