IKEA Readies Two New Collections for February Launch

Good news IKEA fans, two new collections are about to drop into their American stores: NORNÄS which has finally made its way across the pond after a spring 2014 release in Europe and SPRUTT designed to make your mornings smooth sailing. Take a look!

NORNÄS is a warm, woodsy collection made from pine wood sourced in the far north of Sweden and showing off the natural beauty of knots and variations in wood. Most of the pieces are furniture or storage pieces, a few favorites below:

In contrast, the SPRUTT collection is primarily made of powder-coated steel in clean white with pops of sunny yellow. Although the pieces can work in other parts of the home, SPRUTT is about getting out the door in the morning with the aid of a well-organized bathroom. A few pieces to check out:
