IKEA’s Wildly Popular BILLY Bookcase Is On Sale Today
We love IKEA for its Scandinavian style and great prices, and today, it’s about to get even more affordable. To celebrate the Swedish retailer’s 46th store in the United States (this one is in Jacksonville, Florida), one of their most popular products of all time is on sale.
It’s the BILLY bookcase! Designed by Gillis Lundgren (the company’s fourth ever employee), IKEA makes 25,000 of the simple staple every day. Endlessly hackable and already affordable at $69, for today only, the tall BILLY is $49 in stores and online. The online discount will appear in your cart, and the deal is only good on Wednesday, November 8 for white, birch veneer, ash veneer, and black brown models.
For more behinds the scenes on BILLY, check out the video of our own Maxwell Ryan touring the Swedish factory that produces every single bookcase.
