In Bed With Tech: Do You Have a Hard Time Unplugging?
Does this sound familiar? You’ve washed the dishes and turned off all the lights; you’ve brushed your teeth and put your pajamas on. Then you grab your laptop and your iPhone and climb into bed. I work online all day, but when I come home I often flip open my laptop to relax: I read The New York Times online, I catch up on my favorite blogs, I might do some online shopping or watch a movie (since we don’t have TV). But I know that it’s probably affecting my sleep, and the stimulation isn’t really a peaceful way to end the day.
Do you struggle with this as well? If not, what tips or habits do you recommend for unplugging at night?
