This House Is For Sale: Look Inside Bon Jovi’s $17 Million NYC Duplex
Who says you can’t go home? Jon Bon Jovi certainly has had a few of them in New York City in recent years. And he is currently on the move again, proving he’s not one to never say goodbye. The West Village duplex is on the market for $17.25 million.
Located in the celeb favorite 150 Charles Street, Bon Jovi purchased the place in 2015 for $12.88 million, after selling his penthouse loft in Soho for $34 million, according to 6sqft.
The 4,031 square foot corner duplex has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, though was still a bit of a downsize from the 7,837 square foot, six bedroom Soho loft (which is now back on the market). Perhaps if he continues the trend, you might see his next place right here on Apartment Therapy.
The West Village unit gets lots of light from its north, west, and south exposures and floor to ceiling casement windows. The expansive landscaped terrace—52 feet by 29 feet!—looks over the Hudson River with views of One World Trade Center and New Jersey (natch).
The upper level includes three bedroom suites, including the master bedroom with a walk in closet, a master bath with soaking tub, and its own private terrace. The other two bedrooms are ensuite, and one has a small private balcony. The fourth bedroom is on the main level and is currently used as a library.
150 Charles, with its posh amenities like an Olympic sized swimming pool, hot tub and plunge pool, gym, sauna and steam rooms, play room and event space, and underground parking with direct access, is home to actors Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor, Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk, and fashion photographer Steven Klein.
The property is currently listed with Corcoran for $17.25 million.
