Plants in the bedroom is a highly debated topic – is it good or bad feng shui, do the benefits of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and benzene filtering outweigh the potential allergens, etc. ... We happen to fall into the pro-plants camp, and this example from a Chicago home might even inspire us to install a special plant shelf.
Matt's plant shelf brings color and life into his simple, serene bedroom. The shelf approach is also a great solution for small rooms without space for plants on a bedside or standing shelf (or a household with rambunctious pets!).
What do you think? Do you keep plants in your bedroom for aesthetic or air quality reasons?
