If you're anything like us (and Bridget) you've fantasized about re-designing your grandparents digs. We always wanted to rip up our grandparent's old, dusty carpet that was covering up beautiful hardwood floors. For now, we'll have to live through Bridget's amazing makeover. More inspirational before & after pics under the jump!
Not only did Bridget rip up the dated carpet, she also knocked down the entryway's wall to expose brick (which gives the room great texture and warmth).
The quickest way to update a vintage kitchen is by painting the cabinets white. Bridget also adds decorative paper to the doors which makes the kitchen cabinets stand out. Again, she exposes the original hardwood flooring and adds a retro kitchen table to the mix. Watch more of the transformation process here!
