If Prime Day and other shopping holidays have taught us anything, it’s that you never need to pay full price for major appliances. The Instant Pot is no exception. Just like in years past, there are huge Prime Day price cuts on Instant Pot products, including the Instant Pot Sous Vide Circulator.

If you haven’t already leveled up and joined the legions of IP fans, however, consider yourself extra lucky. This year, the best deal was on the Instant Pot DUO Plus which ended up being cheaper than the more basic Lux model, but that model is sold out. The good news is that today, Amazon added the Instant Pot Ultra to its Prime Day deals, and it’s majorly marked down $88 from $150.

1. 6 Qt. Instant Pot Ultra, $149.95 $87.99

If you didn’t get an Instant Pot yesterday, you still have time. This heavy hitter is on sale today and it does even more than the DUO Plus, which was on sale yesterday. If you do order, be sure to pick up an extra lid and sealing rings, and while you’re waiting on your new Instant Pot to show up, you can also start pinning our most-loved recipes.

If you already have an Instant Pot, you can still get in on the price-slashing fun. Instant Pot’s sous vide circulator is also on sale for $56. It works with or without a 6- or 8-quart Instant Pot to circulate water. Sounds pretty basic, but it’s one of fine dining’s biggest secrets. By holding water at a constant temperature, you’re able to cook food evenly, meaning you can get the perfect medium-rare steak. For more day-to-day cooking, it’s also a way to safely cook food from frozen without having to thaw it or worry about ruining it. If you’re always up for a culinary challenge, this sous vide should be your next adventure.

Did you know the Instant Pot brand sells appliances, too? In case you’re new, you can not only blend, crush, and puree with this genius appliance but can also heat soup and beverages. That’s right—it creates both hot and cold recipes thanks to its eight one-touch programs.

While the Instant Pot Smart WiFi isn’t our top pick, certain people (especially people who love smart home technology) might love the opportunity to connect their IP to an app and to devices like Alexa. The app also gives you the ability to use pre-programmed settings from a library of recipes and allows you to create your own. But because it takes a little know-how to program your own settings, we’d only recommend it for people who already love tech. Like with the Ultra, the sale is on the 6-quart model.
