How would you describe your style?

My style is centered around classic material selection paired with striking form. Innovative function and detailed craftsmanship mark all my favorite pieces.

Favorite power tool? Oscillating tool

What was the first project you ever built?

My first project was helping my dad build out our basement when I was 6!

What’s easier to DIY than people realize?

Building a coffee table or small work table

What are 3 things every beginner should have in their toolkit?

A quality 18v drill, driver, circular saw kit

A solid set of quality measuring devices – tape measure, speed square, combo square

Complete set of hand tools – chisels, pliers, wrenches, etc.

Best advice:

With every project, push yourself to the brink of your comfort zone and current skill level with risk of creativity and extent of craftsmanship. This is the best way improving the quality and scope of what you are able to do while staying safe and under control.
