Eminent radio personality Ira Glass is on the move. The This American Life host has listed his Chelsea condo for a cool $1.75 million.

6sqft broke the news that the one bedroom has hit the market, roughly 14 months after Glass and his wife, Anaheed Alani, were sued by the condo board for “an infestation of bedbugs,” as well as other “unsanitary conditions” that led to rodents. Yikes. (Glass is quoted as saying, “My understanding is another apartment in the building has bedbugs. We paid a bunch of money for exterminators. As far as I know, it’s been resolved. We’re done.”)

Either way, that’s in the past now; the listing states that the pad has been “newly gut renovated and unoccupied.”

At a little over 1,000 square feet, the “bright and airy,” “loft-like” property does have some really lovely new finishes, including rustic wide plank Castle Combe oak floors, Sub-Zero, Miele, Viking and Wolf kitchen appliances, and a glass herringbone tile backsplash. The one bathroom can be accessed by the foyer or via the pass-through dressing room from the bedroom (the bedroom also has a walk in closet). If you have trouble sleeping, note that the listing states the bedroom is “pin-drop quiet.”

The property is listed with Compass for $1.75 million.
