Q: I am completely in love with Chesterfield sofas and I think I may have finally found the perfect one. It clearly needs to be reupholstered and the seller has mentioned that the springs are slightly damaged on one side.
I'm assuming they most likely need to be replaced but I have no idea what kind of money that can cost. The $200 price tag on the sofa is incredibly tempting but I'm worried that damage to the springs will require a lot of money. Any estimates on how much I'd be looking to pay for replacing the springs and reupholstering the leather? Is it still a good deal?
