The home itself is worth an estimated $470,000, and the raffle winner will not only receive the deed to the house, but the Nurses will also cover the cost of transfer taxes and legal fees, your flight and car, and your temporary accommodation while you sign the paperwork. And once you sign on the dotted line, the property is yours to do with what you wish — no strings attached.
