In October of last year, a Tuscan villa worth over $500,000 was raffled off at just $32 per ticket. The home’s owners, Jon and Annmarie Nurse, were able to raise over $100,000 for The Childrens’ Society, a charity based in the U.K. that works with youths who may feel “scared, unloved, and unable to cope,” thanks to all those who entered — but if you came out of last year’s raffle empty-handed, you’re in luck. The Nurses are running another Italian villa raffle, and for just $35, you could win a gorgeous four-bedroom, four-bath villa in Garfagnana located in Northern Tuscany.

The home itself is worth an estimated $470,000, and the raffle winner will not only receive the deed to the house, but the Nurses will also cover the cost of transfer taxes and legal fees, your flight and car, and your temporary accommodation while you sign the paperwork. And once you sign on the dotted line, the property is yours to do with what you wish — no strings attached.

The property is located close to skiing locations, National Parks, and picturesque hilltop villages. It also boasts a stunning garden with a swimming pool and a recently refurbished kitchen with stunning views of your surroundings.

This villa is the third Italian property the Nurses have raffled off for The Childrens’ Society and they’re excited to keep their philanthropic mission going.

To enter, head over to WinHousesInItaly.com to purchase your raffle ticket and see more photos from inside the home. The competition will close on January 22, 2022, and the winner will be selected on that same date.

Start packing your bags now, people. Your new $35 Tuscan villa awaits.
